Available to small and medium sized businesses located within the Alliance's service region that have been unable to secure credit through conventional sources.


Program Region: Ashford, Brooklyn, Canterbury, Chaplin, Columbia, Coventry, Eastford, Hampton, Killingly, Lebanon, Mansfield, Plainfield, Pomfret, Putnam, Scotland, Sterling,Thompson, Union, Willington, Windham and Woodstock

Agency: Northeast CT Economic Alliance, Inc.

Mission: The Northeast CT Economic Alliance, Inc. is a regional, non-profit 501(c)(3) economic development organization that uniquely serves small businesses in 21 northeastern Connecticut towns by providing loans to new and existing businesses that are unable to obtain funding from traditional lending sources. The Northeast CT Economic Alliance works closely with local and regional economic development entities to identify prospective clients. Its primary goals are to facilitate economic growth, provide technical assistance, create jobs, improve operations and foster educational activities which will enrich the long-term vitality of the region.
