Maximum Loan - $50,000

Interest Rate - 6% Fixed for term of the loan
Maximum Term – Five years
Application Fee - $200
Closing Fee – One Point
Existing businesses (minimum three years in operation)
Participation with other lenders encouraged
Demonstrate that MCRC funding critical to undertaking project

Use of Funds:
o Purchase and/or renovation of owner-occupied commercial/industrial building
o Purchase of equipment
o Purchase of inventory
o Working capital

Program Region: Middlesex County - Chester, Clinton, Cromwell, Deep River, Durham, East Haddam, East Hampton, Essex, Haddam, Killingworth, Middlefield, Middletown, Old Saybrook, Portland, Westbrook
